Thank you for visiting www.rjnu.co, or the Personal Website of your authorized MY Re-Juve-Nu Independent Business Owner (IBO) whose name appears on the site (our “Site”),(“I” or “me” or “you” or “your”) and MY Re-Juve-Nu Corp, 180, Jalan Permai 11700 Gelugor, Penang, Malaysia.
 YOUR USE OF OUR SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE OUR SITE. IF YOU ARE AN IBO, YOU ARE BOUND BY ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN YOUR AMWAY AUTHORIZATION AND CONTRACT AND THE IBO RULES OF CONDUCT.
1. Sign-up Procedures I may submit this IBO Agreement online, by facsimile, by post to Company’s Concept Store or by purchasing “Distributor” on the Company’s Website. If you are under 18, you may use our Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Our Site is hosted in the Malaysia and contains information that is appropriate for access and use in the whole world operating under the MY Re-Juve-Nu® Business Ownership Plan (“Applicable Markets”). We make no representation that any materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside the Applicable Markets, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Any references on the Site to specific products or services are applicable only to those available in the Applicable Markets, and any product claims and comparisons to other products on the Site apply within the Applicable Markets only.
2. Benefits for Distributor As Distributor, I understand that with a minimum of 3 recruits of Distributors are required in order to entitle commissions. However, if I reached my target, then I will be entitled to the following benefits:(a) I will get to override commissions from 5% to 1%. Up to 8 levels. However, I can have unlimited downlines as  long as it does not pass the 8th levels.
(b) I will get a commission of 15% if a customer purchase a product from my link to the website and a 5% commission from my downline if a customer purchase a product from my level 1 downline link to the website.(c) I’m entitled to earn an additional bonus ( Profit Sharing 5% ) from the company if I recruit 5 Distributors. The Profit Sharing is account by Product Sales only. Not Distributor Sales. Profit Sharing of the 5% will be shared among the qualified Distributors. (d) Note that once the funds transferred are not refundable.
3. Payments Method
To purchase products or to join as Distributor, one can make payment through PayPal. Either by PayPal account or Debit/Credit Card through PayPal. Any other option will be add in the future.
4. Change of Address Unless I notify the Company in writing by post, facsimile or online of a change in my address at least 14 days prior to my designated process date, the products I have selected will be sent to me each month at the address I have provided. The Company will make the adjustments specified in my written notice no later than 14 days after receiving such notice. The products shall be delivered to the address you filled in box headed Registration Information and shipping address.
5. Changes of Order Unless I notify the Company in writing by post, facsimile or online of any changes to my order at least four (3) business days prior to my designated process date, the products I have selected will be sent to me each month at the address I have provided. The Company will make the adjustments specified in my written notice within four (3) business days prior to its run after receiving such notice in time. In case it is a direct debit, please contact your Customer Service for further details on the payment method and deadlines.
6. Backordering Option (a) It is at the Company’s discretion what products will be available for Distributor backorder. In most cases, the products made available for backorder are top-sellers and are expected to be back in stock within 30 days. Backordered product will ship to the Distributor or Customer as soon as it is available in the local warehouse. (b) When a Distributor or Customer requests a backordered product be added to their product order, they are agreeing to pay upfront for the product with the expectation to receive it later. (c) Upon successful completion of a product order that includes backordered product, including payment, the personal volume of the entire order, including any backordered products, will count towards the commission month of the order. (d) At any time before the backordered product ships, the Customer or Distributor may request, and will be granted, a 100% refund on the backordered product only. The rest of the order is subject to current return policies. (e) The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund (100%) on unshipped backordered product without pre-notice to the Customer or Distributor. The Company may also extend the expected availability date as needed.
7. Price Increases/Decrease The Company may change the price of the products that I have selected. If the price of a specific product is increased, then the Company will provide me with written notice at least 30 days prior to the price increase, and unless I direct them to do otherwise, will continue to send me the selected products at the increased price.
8. Termination of IBO Programme or Orders (a) With 14 days prior written notice, the Company may terminate the IBO programme. The Company may also immediately terminate my right to participate in the IBO programme and this IBO Agreement and notify me of the termination if (i) the credit card or bank authorisation provided in this IBO Agreement expires, is cancelled or otherwise terminated, (ii) I violate the terms and conditions of this IBO Agreement, or (iii) if I am a Distributor, if I have violated the terms and conditions of my Distributor Agreement. (b) I may cancel my IBO order in writing at any time. The Company will cancel my IBO Agreement within 14 days after it receives my written notice. (c) With 14 days prior written notice, the Company may, in its sole discretion, modify the terms and conditions of this IBO programme, including but not limited to, the expiration of the product points for Distributors.
9. No Modification of Distributor Agreement The terms and conditions contained in this IBO Agreement do not supersede or modify in any way the terms and conditions of my Distributor Agreement.
10. Collection of Personal Information The information that you provide will be processed independently by MY Re-Juve-Nu (‘the Company’ or “we”) to process your orders and for general administration, marketing, statistical and management purposes. To do this, we may pass your details to agents and third parties who perform functions on our behalf, some of whom will be located outside the Malaysia. You can request details of these agents and third parties by contacting the Company at the address at the top of this form. You agree that the Company may provide your details to an alternative Distributor should your current Distributor cease to be a MY Re-Juve-Nu Distributor. You can obtain from the Company a copy of the information which we hold about you which is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998 (for which we may make a small charge) and contact the Company at the address at the top of this form to correct any inaccuracies in your information. We may contact you with details of the services, opportunities, and products we provide, invite you to functions or contact you to obtain feedback on our services and products.
